Looking for an Executive Assistant

HOURS & LOCATION
Expected hours: 5-10 hours per week (Wednesday would be the ideal primary day)
Location: 40 Technology Parkway South, Norcross GA – Suite 180
JOB DESCRIPTION
> Marketing: email & mail past & potential clients
> Writing: occasional blog post for Eclipse
> Administrative: errands, office upkeep, payroll, etc…
> Financial: categorize expenses and track income
> General: occasional eBay & craigslist selling & buying
REQUIRED SKILLS
> MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
> Clean driving record
> Teachable & a good attitude
> Preferably a coffee drinker
OPTIONAL SKILLS
Knowing Adobe Photoshop and/or DreamWeaver is a definite plus!
Preferably, this position will be filled by a guy because they will likely spend much time in Nathan’s office and well – he prefers to spend time with guys or his wife. Starting wage is $10/hour. After 4-6 weeks of training, wage will increase to $12/hour.
